Laurence has been traveling the world for the past 25 years capturing the beauty of the golf landscape, including Austalia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland, England, South America, Mexico, Caribbean, Canada and the United States. His work has been featured in numerous periodicals, golf calendars and coffee table books around the world.

He was awarded the Photographer of the Year by Boardroom Magazine and he is also in the NFL Hall of Fame for Photo of the Year iin 1992.

The work he completed for Ireland is captured in the coffee table book "Emerald Gems -The Links of Ireland" and features every links of the Irish Coast.  The extensive volume by Jim Finnegan titled "Where Golf is Great-Scotland and Ireland" was photographed by the artist over a three year period. Laurence has also been called upon to document the course and staff of several clubs for their history books: The Stanwich Club, Ridgewood, The Creek, Mountain Ridge, Merion, Princess Anne, Gulph Mills, The Misquamicut Club, Jupiter Hills Club, Secession, Sea Island Club, Ocean Forest, Country Club of Charleston, Yeamans Hall and Sebonac.

His other golf books that he was a major contributor for include Planet Golf-Moderm Masterpieces, America's Linksland-100 Years of Golf on Long Island, Discovering Donald Ross and Golf Magazine's Top 500 Golf Holes.

His action photography has been featured in Golf World, Golfweek and The Master's Journal.
